KFC Padang Serai

Its better buy kfc through counter than pick up. They are not alert with the orders made online. I called and she answered they will deliver. Wait for a long time but still not deliver yet and at last we pi Lastly, we picked by ourselves at the counter Very dissapointed of their service.

Good Customer Services by front staff..., fast feedback and action...thumb up for you guys. Not like staffs in KFC Giant Kuantan....... made me disappointed...

For a small town, this is the only fast food restaurant in Padang Serai, hence, very popular implying the queue can get long during peak hours but I noticed during this Covid-19 pandemic, there is a staff limiting the number of customers at any point during business time but unlike the drive-through KFC at Kulim which closes by 8:00pm, this one closes later! Thank goodness.
