In 1 word, great! English proficiency is good and staff is nice. They offer care free ferry and shuttle service for slightly more than market price. However the extra service makes it well worth the extra ringits.

When you go to BuBu Resort, you can take a boat here. There is a chaise longue, so you can wait in the cooler w The luggage will be carried to the boat first, and when the time comes, the receptionist will guide you to the pier.
