I really love their package offered because it really suits me and i really love how polite and straight forward the team was The package was really flexible and really suit my budget. They were really helpful in terms of how do i get there because i have never been to an island before. I contacted the agency for a hotel and shuttle reservation. They billed me 870 MR, a rate that I agreed to and even received confirmation by email. An hour after the commercial, Matt sends me a message that the price will go up by 100 MR since July and August is high season (like it's new). All he had to offer me in compensation was "sorry" "sorry" and "sorry" !! His boss YOE was not professional either, he just felt that it was a small communication error that he admitted, but without assuming it: either you pay or you cancel. Nothing to lose and nothing to give away from the customer !!
