In a precovid times, I would have a given a decent rating. But in this covid era they sent a boat full of people with absolutely no social distancing. No compulsory masks for passengers or even the staffs. So yea pretty careless.

Booked this service for holiday to perhentian. Terrible and greedy management that overbooked their boats and leaves people stranded for hours. If you want a normal holiday experience, do not book this place, they're using covid as an excuse for their terrible management and attitude. Horrible experience, the trip to perhentian itself already delayed by 3 hours, not only that, the management handled it very poorly with the employees getting petty and angry, sending us to their crowded jetti to see their situation just because people have started asking for refunds. Other boating services was not as problematic with their boats leaving the jetti with a bit of delay but not 3 hours of delay and bad petty management bringing people to the crowded jetti itself during covid season just to 'prove a point' that they cannot manage how much they've overbooked themselves. Going back from perhentian is even worse as we had booked the boat for 12pm trip back and management told us to wait until 4pm for a boat. After calling many times for a boat, they send 1 small boat that can only carry up to 10 people when the jetti now has accumulated 30 people waiting for a boat just to get back to mainland. Its even first come first serve so even if you have booked beforehand and are in a big group, if someone gets on the boat before your group, you won't be able to leave. We even got on a boat that isn't seven seas to return at 2.30. If we stayed to wait even longer, who knows what time we'd have left Perhentian.

My family and I went to Perhentian last weekend using your boat service. The experience was terrible as it is not punctual. 1) It says leaving at 8am, but we waited till 9am+ until we can depart. We had waited since 7.30am. (Please don't say blame the weather, boats were coming in and out in jetty) 2) The jetty was so chaotic and we don't know where or which boat to board onto. There was no one to guide us, they basically left us there to find and ask each boat one by one. It was so unorganized and irresponsible of the agent/boat provider. 3) During our return back to jetty, the agent told us that 4pm was the last boat. Everyone just hurried into the boat and it was super overloaded with some people sitting on lap and some without life jackets. The person in charge should control/limit the number of people into the boat and tell people that there were still more boats coming.
