throughout my dealings with maybank tanah merah, I can say the service was very satisfactory but there was one thing where a large female employee working at the entrance counter changed my view of the service here. I began to feel uncomfortable because the employee was rude and demeaning to others. sorry if you do not agree with my opinion. please advise the worker.

The clerk at the bank was unprofessional. Say rude to customers. Supposedly, the employees need to be more friendly with customers instead of speaking in a rough tone. Things can say good because some customers do not know the way or the turn in managing their bank business. The bank officer is also talking about it. It's just a matter of saying something like this once comes to the document. to fill out the form of the la la la .. so far the person is not close .. the job is also to be done .. soon come in to deal with no reason for the document but please tell the first 2 documents what to bring & what forms need to be filled in details! forgive me but I am very much offended and offended by bank officers when they deal with my dad. I am disappointed. I hope the responsible party can handle this issue. No need to be arrogant and talk abusive with customers especially with older ones !!!

The new holiday season is about money. I got to study some of the maybank wei .. people lined up outside the building to make money money .. maybank tm this ..
