Panorama Chalet

Stayed in a four-shared room. My whole body got bitten by bed bugs. The sink tap inside the toilet is not working. We encountered a big rat too in the toilet. My pillow is deep brown in color, time to change. The roof is leaking (two spots). The receptionist is always unattended. In a nut shell, the quality of the facilities shall be improved and make it up to par to the quality of diving experience Panorama diving center provides. Safety shall not be compromised with affordability.

Bad condition on chalet unit... Very bad....will spoil your mood if u stay here... Lot's of mosquito in the room... Bad condition of toilet

Did my open waters diving with Becca and Robbi within 6 days including 2 chill days. It was an amazing experience with the folks! Becca was beyond patience and everyone else was nice and make sure you get the full experience. Would definitely come back for more dives! Perhentian food was great too, delicious and not so pricey

I agree with previous comments, this place could be better maintained. The deal with the diving is ok anyways. Was not expecting much. I recommend if you’re taking the deal, if not, it’s quite expensive I would say, as I saw the price for the double room.

I can't comment on the dorms because I didn't stay here. However, the restaurant is very cool and the food is amazing. Simple menu. Pasta, burgers or pizzas only. All absolutely delicious. Best burger I've had in Malaysia honestly. Decent price too.
