Stay 3nights in twin bed with Seaview room. Rm215per night There is no air con. Fed mosquitoes for 3nights. The bed quality is bad, can feel the spring. Bed sheet dirty also with holes. Staff are not trained. No towel, requested reception to get me a towel. Ended up they ask me to get it myself at the laundry area. Went checking in laundry area, no person in charge, and return back to reception to inform there is no one to let me know which are the clean. And the reception answer was, go take any of it which is hanging. So went check for the towel again, all are still wet & no person in charge to ask where can I get the clean & dry towel. Next day I got my towel, however is yellowish / brown stained towel. With this price I could get better hotel with aircon and also better service. Will never revisit.

Very basic hotel.. No Hot water provide but can get it from cafe and need to bring own cup .. Hanger for cloth also not provided.. There is a view from the room.. I stay at room B12 but not facing long Beach. Walking distance to long Beach.. A lot of restaurant at Long Beach so you don't have to worry about your meal.

Room booking were poorly managed. Hygiene standard and cleanliness is out of the the window. Hotel is located at the way end of the island which is super duper far away from main jetty. Do spend more money to stay at better place. You'll be thankful for doing so.

The room seems cool with a good view, however, the service and the guy in the reception are very bad, not cooperative and very mean. The rooms filled with lizards and holes in the roof to welcome all types of creatures to the room. Special species are offered in some room if you are looking for horror and anxiety, this is the one for you.

For budget hotel this will be one of the best choice in long beach. Do check out Aman Dan laut also
