OYO 89607 Aloha Chalet

Will never stay again! There was no one manning the reception, only a hp no. was left at the counter for guest to call. When called, was told to just enter the room as the key was sticking to the lock. It is actually a motel, not hotel. No grills on the window, do not feel safe... Duvet cover was not change since don't know when, it has yellow stains and smells real bad like someone has used it for some time. Suspected the bedsheet and pillow covers were not change either. Water heater was very noisy once switched on. Lifted up the toilet seat cover, saw dried feaces sticking there. No toilet paper nor tissue provided. A kettle, cups and saucers were available but no beverage sachets provided. Many term it clean as it is quite new, the floor was clean but not the bed!
