We have settled our housing 14 years earlier than scheduled period time frame, when we request on refund for MRTA insurance that we have paid earlier, bank just give so many reason and never give us a proper feed back. Everytime when checked with the customer service Jenny Tan, she just simply answered document still at Kuching la, document no yet send back to KK la, this and that. Almost one year we kept chasing and what tla lousy service of RHB for just send a document from Kuching to Inanam need a year of time.

Went there for coin deposit, different staff have different procedure. 1st time I went there they accept all my coins and they didnt care the coin was mixed together. 2nd time i went there, the staff said have to separate it. So inconsistent the procedures.

Yesterday I had left my card in another bank's ATM by mistake. I went to the RHB Inanam Branch and the staff there were excellent! Within 15 minutes of presenting my formal ID, I was issued with a new Debit Card and my lost card cancelled. I would like to thank and express my appreciation to Eve and Christine in particular.
