Lemme get this clear, as always, 5 star to every PBB front desk & CS personnel, but my 2 star is towards the regional management on pandemic operations. To my understanding, PBB Lido branch had undergone a COVID-19 quarantine couple of months back with the initial 2 weeks of temporary halt in operations, then reopened after that with limited business hours. My best wishes and prayers to the staff(s) that was/were tested COVID-19 positive, may he/she have an early recovery. Now what I don't understand is that why there isn't a backup personnel to handle CHEQUE DEPOSIT MACHINE clearance during the event of this man-down? As a result of such closure on your AUTOMATED MACHINES has caused a series of delay in every client's receivable financials. Please do better than that.
