This estate consists towers of high rise residence. It is located exactly in the middle of city, facing the ocean. Just outside of its main entrance is one of the main road in the city. In front of it is the Oceanus Mall. This place is the most strategic location for staying if you plan to visit Kota Kinabalu but dont want to rent a car since from this condo, you are actually can walk to the waterfront which is full of attraction such as the seafood restaurant, market, bar etc. You can book a stay at this place trough booking apps such as agoda, traveloka and booking.com. Most of the time the representatives will meet you during check in so you need to contact the numbers given (during your booking) beforehand so you wont need to wait for them once you arrive - because sometimes the person in charge will only come once you arrive and it takes time given the traffic jam in KK city. They will show you your designated parking lot if you are driving and then they will take you to the unit you book. The units are usually completed with everything-like ready to move in house and they also give you an emergency contact number if you need they help regarding the unit. Pay attention because the basement parking are pretty confusing and the entrance to lift are hard to find if you don't really used to this place. During check out you will only need to call the number to inform them and leave the key inside the house since they have the masterkey.
