limited access to tv channel and they only serve a black coffee sachet n tea bag without sugar. When ask for sugar, out of stock they replied....

Nice cosy place, reasonable price, near to many outlets, convenient stores, mall, restraunts.. just walking distance to Phillipine Night Market...

Our bathroom was not cleaned properly before we checked in. We saw hair from previous guests all over the bathroom floor, water heater doesn't work, furniture not installed properly (bedside light, shower door, wardrobe). We requested late check out (on a Monday because our boat from the island was running late). They can only accommodate until 1pm, after that they charged late check out of RM30 per hour. The only positive thing about it is the strategic location.
