Nurse issue in floor 6 ...she can tell off the patient who to shop buzz the bell 🔔 cos she troubles to wear up the covid attired.. and since I am on drip ...than I need to drop and drip too right ✅ but no, you drink too much so you do your big and small business .😥 Now I am staying in 5 floor ..my first day fantastic ..second day is terrible 😪....I have the pictures 📷 if you want ..tomorrow is my third day not sure what will happen. I so believe in ..if the staff give attitude 🙄.... fire 🔥 them ...there are many young people with good attitude ready to serve....

Friendly and helpful staff, parking limited. Easy to get around as it's a small hospital. Grocery store is at first floor. Has few ATMs on ground floor. Cafeteria food is delicious and cheap, n accepts boost🤠

There was a nurse who is very rude, and does not understand the condition of someone who is panicking while waiting for their family in the ICU. The nurse still wants to win the argument with the person who is mentally unstable. The situation was like this, the person don't know where to wait while waiting for update of their family member which was in the ICU. So the person ask the nurse who is at the entrance of the hospital. The person was a Chinese and was trying to speak Malay and was panicking. So of course it would sound rude and the words are jumbled up. But then the nurse sarcastically answered the person question. After that the person's partner accept the fault of her partner while giving advice to the nurse but then the nurse still wants to win the argument. thankfully there's some other dude stop the argument from dragging on. So in conclusion, I hope that the hospital management community remind the nurses and doctors especially the one who's doing customer service please prioritize the customer and not themselves. Since, it's a hospital and no one is going there to have fun. Everyone who is going there is either they are the patient or related to the patient. So please don't be egoistic. -by the person who saw the incident
