I would give 0 stars if I could. Wife waited 1 hour for swab test which is totally acceptable. She was told to lie down and wait. She lied down in PAIN waiting for AN HOUR AND A HALF. The WORST part is that she was left unattended the entire time, lying on her side which she should not have been doing and NO ONE TOLD HER. They only told her that she had to re-do the scan again this time on her back. WASTE OF TIME, IRRESPONSIBLE, IGNORANT STAFF. WIFE WAS LEFT CRYING IN PAIN ALONE FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR ALONE UNATTENDED. WHAT AMAZING SERVICE SERIOUSLY.

When my late mum was admitted here for her chemo session, everything was rainbow and sunshine. Mum was a staff nurse for almost 30 years so she has the perks. And mum would know if the nurse didn't do the job the right way. Maybe that's why we didn't have any issue then. But, recently my sister in law was admitted here for labour. Now, that's another whole story but it's inappropriate to share it here. But I already issue a complaint in their complaint website. I got the respond very fast (less than 24 hours). They called to inform me they have already received the complaint and agree to meet with us to talk more about what we went through. I appreciate that they do care if we face problems with their service. So if you guys out there have issues with the Hospital, you have the right to let them know. But in a proper way. This is not to bash them but to help them to improve so that no one has to go through bad experience again.

Good staff but the parking space is very hard to find

All nurses and doctors super friendly, spoke very polite, service tip-top, guard also helpful. The only thing is during afternoon very hard to find parking. Other than that all good. 24 hours kaferia (canteen). Pls also expect hard to look for a seat. 😬
