Terrible service. Choose other service providers if possible!

When we call, they picked up the phone, once we say hello,, immediately they put the phone down!! i've called 3-4 times,,the same..worse services..who is the operator? just fired him/her..

Such a worst Sevices..They pick up my call but when i say "hello this is Pos Laju Sibu" then the girl that pick up my call just hang up like that.

I dont know why no update even my item already transit at pos office about 1-2 weeks before. It should be arrived to me. I cant give 5 star since your services were too low. It should be fast As usually!
