Still the same open air bus terminal, will be an added plus if enclosed and air-conditioned. The best thing it's clean.

This terminal station have really really limited bus ticket even going to KL. So better book online ticket then wait at the station. Domestic bus available every hour. Have prayer room and toilets. The ticket counter may not cover every place in Malaysia. Also have food stalls near it.
