Brought my dad for a consultation with dr A Frankly i was disappointed with how it went. He literally did nothing just sitting. He did not take blood pressure, checking the pulse. Did not examine my dad at all. Kami datang jumpa doktor dgn harpan doktor akn diagnosed tp hampa. What a waste of money.

Bad experience. very expensive charge in just a simple case. i just want to do ultrasound coz "bengkak susu". but need to pay for double consultation from different dr. + charge of ultrasound. in ultrasound room, dh siap tukar baju, suruh baring dekat katil tapi dr tak datang2. sejam menunggu. anak kecik dh manangis2 kt luar. tanya nurse dr lambat lagi ke. still suruh tunggu. okey still waiting. then tanya lagi coz niat nak cancel nak salin baju balik sbb anak dh menangis lapar. tapi nurse jawab dengan BIADAP sekali. " Dr sibuk!! Bukan Tidur!!!" I don't care how busy u're. I pay an expensive charge to get an excellence service, to get a short waiting time. If dr very2 busy, let them busy first. juz inform the patient that they can't serve any patient or assign another dr to handle it. Very dissapointed. Hopefully KPJ KB can improve the service especially in staff communication skills and waiting time. Thank you.

After reading all comments here, not wondering why i have same experience. Call was being passed to Emergency Help Desk.The operator is not professional at all.Apologized as I have to hangup first though she is trying to explain bla bla bla.Since to the way she talked was not representing the professional and made me angry. Quite surprising could not train their staff to be professional though this is specialist /private hospital.Therefore, i have to look another hospital due to this.Thanks for this bad experiece

Called to the hotline a day before the visitation for some basic info to check if appointment required for comprehensive health screening, but operator seems to be inept in information. Brought my dad to the hospital the next day, came to my surprise the admin staff at the counter seems to be impolite. My first time encountering this experience where the staff claimed if patients has possessed illness i.e. hypertension, he/she cannot proceed to do annual health screening before getting consultation from general physician. I did demands for further clarification on what basis this procedure is a must but admin insisted this is the SOP. Would have appreciated if the message can be conveyed in a more polite manner given that not everyone is familiar with KPJ hospital SOP. The long waiting hour at hospital is understandable, but the staff nurse could have just give a simple explanation to patient i.e. Doctor is in operation theatre and expected to be back around 10:30am. The first experience with KPJ is not a satisfying one, “kerana nila setitik, rosak susu sebelanga”. There are still a lot of improvement required to be the best hospital in Kelantan.
