a stand-alone 2 stories building restaurant next to a Petronas station. have a McCafe inside. clean and spacious with the usual standard for this chain of restaurants. quick service after ordering thru the ordering board which allows you to order and pay at the facilities. you can also request your order to be sent to your table if you wish.

First, i order for sea salt mcflurry at the drive thru and when do payment the staff ask me do i order sea salt? I answer yes, but then after she confirm my all order she ask me again do i order for ice cream? Now, i have a question in mcd have many type of ice cream what do she mean for? And i answer for no. After that, when i see my resit there is no sea salt mcflurry that i ask her said i order a sea salt. She reply me just now u said u do not have order for ice cream. I said yes but at the first you ask me got order sea salt or not and my answer is yes what is the point for asking more than one time but still do not get the correct order. Ok, than this still fine but she reply me with loud voice seem like want have argument. She call the sea salt mcflurry as ice cream it is correct? She loud her voice and argue with customer it is correct? The staff really not friendly maybe should have some training. Two times bad experience at this branch.
