5/3/19, 2.30pm - one BSN Matang polis bantuan that was on duty was very RUDE. i went to the counter to ask about opening bank acc for BSH for my mom and he said CAN'T YOU READ THE NOTICE. i know that it said there no need to open acc for BSH, but I just wanted clarification on the procedure to register. FYI, i was told earlier by the staff at BSN Satok to go to BSN Matang to for BSH registration. maybe it was her error on the matter but at least the BSN Satok staff is more courteous than that BSN Matang 'guard'
