Giant Bicycles Kuching

Went there to find out about bikes and options they have, possibly to purchase. Staff seems uninterested with potential customers (us). He doesn't seem interested to find out what are our requirements, needs, preferences etc. Imagine walking in, ready to spend some money there but they don't need our custom. So, we walked out and went to other bike shop, purchased 2 bikes there. More customer-friendly, attend to our queries even though they have more customers in the shop.

Good customer service, the malay boy that repair the bicycle is good.

I am very dissatisfied with how Giant Kuching treated me as customer. If you do a price inquiry, usually this is also the price you pay at the end. GIANT Kuching raised the price by RM300 claiming, that the bike is latest model, even though the price is available online everywhere. I did not pursue the store to buy an old model, especially not with the intension of buying a brand new bike. No business integrity. For sure never go there again.
