-very slow service. went to the emergency department due to motorbike accident. they attended me after 1 hour! -same goes to my friend today. they attended my friend who just got hit by a car after 1 hour++ of wating! -waiting area is not proper and outside of the hospital. -Better go to kpj or sgh. They provide better service

Bad service and slow. Even don't have any patients but still the staf slow doing their job.

Terrible service. Called to make an appointment a few times, did not inform beforehand the unavailability of the doctor. Wasted my flight tickets.

Waiting hours for can be improved. Appointment with specialist sometimes takes 3-4hrs of waiting. Need to take half day leave just to meet the doctors. Pharmacy waiting hours to collect meds took another 30mins-1hour. Hope the management look into this matter.
