If the employee can't enforce the customers to wear their masks, then I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. There were people who queue for food in an already small space without wearing a masks and the employee didn't say a thing. Definitely not a safe place to go if you wish to take away some food.

The service quite slow and the staff doesn't even suggest what kind of soft drinks they have plus they didn't even tell customer if the chicken have to wait or not making customer waiting for their orders like ages. They also doesn't give receipt to certain customers that have to wait for orders! Worst kfc. Please fix these kind of problems. Thanks

One thing i can say is their customer service for when customer is in trouble is top notch. Way above standard service. They have kindness. From the manager to the worker they have kindness. Rare gem in the industry today. Everything else is the standard kfc but this one as i said served with kindness. If the manager ever read this, thank you for helping me out. I can't thank you and all your worker enough for the kindness you've all shown to me today. May goodness be with you all the time.

The friend counter staff is very rude but the place is nice and clean.
