Not crowded. Bus service to other towns in West Malaysia. Like a small county .

poor and very slow when pick up customer . are you really follow the schedule or follow your own schedule ? plss be punctual because some customer have to go work and running with time . so i hope u can increase your integrity in work. tq

Though the location is quite strategic for people boarding from Skudai, the operator is quite rude to the customers. Hope they'll improvise in future.

I wait for yhe bus almost more than 1hr... This is my 3rd time taking bus from this terminal... I really had a bad experience... Pls take action on this issue...
