Appaling cheats. Tickets to Singapore are only 50% refundable NOT 'refundable' as mislead by the rude and unfriendly counter staff. Company and staff are a disgrace to a beautiful country like Malaysia.

Local Malaysian here, poor service and very long waiting times, staffs on duty were sulking and unfriendly, and you might wonder why Singaporeans look down on us Malaysian. As a Malaysian I'm ashamed this is happening in my country, to fellow Singaporeans, do travel to others states and I assure you people are nicer elsewhere.

Called them many times using my singapore number. They picked up my calls after a long wait but straight away put down the phone. This happened 3/4 times but as soon as i used my skype number (foreign telephone number) to call, they picked up my call instantly. Hmmm... I wonder why this is so.

Booked the tickets online via ktmb website for Jb to SG. Booked in the morning for same day departure. Payment went through with email confirmation however we did not receive a copy of the ticket. Went over to ktm counter in JB central to confirm the booking. The lady just told us to call their help desk without providing further assistance. Absolutely poor customer service.

Rude and poor service!!! Online see still have ticket, then go counter ask for ticket, said fully booking! Very very very bad service!!!
