It's not a five star hotel, mind you. I gave it five stars because it's affordable, comfortable and the location is right smack in town and near to restaurants, convinience stores and the local events venue (Pisompuruan Square). There's a tiny problem with ants but it's not like you're going to stay inside the room the whole day just to let them ants annoy you. If you don't leave opened packages of food in the room, you'll be fine.

Room is comfortable and clean..just a pit stop from KK to keninggau to refresh and well preserve place..feel the cool air in the morning. Just the water pump real bodering us is loud noise at night.

Excellent location, room is quite clean but some stains on the wall.. equipped with 21 inch flat screen tv, with few channels (include movie channels), aircond is pretty cold, ceiling fan is also available. Love the bathroom, spacious with modern design. The bed is really comfy.

Plenty of parking space, friendly staff and nice rooms but the water there sometime smelly and sometime not already tell them and they have try to solve it accordingly. Recommended.
