Pros: 1. Sufficient parking lot. 2. Not far from town center. 3. Clean & comfort. 4. Friendly receptionist. 5. Hot water shower & air-conditioning unit. 6. Reasonable price. 7. Very spacious room. 9. Free wifi. 10. Padi view(depends on season) Cons: 1. No Fox Movie channel. My favorite motel in Tambunan. I will stay here again.

Quite affordable place, with serene surronding. The room is spacious and the staff is friendly. Recommended to stay here near tambunan town.

Had a very good time there, the view is beautiful, rooms are so big and clean. Hanging out outside the room on the balcony is so enjoyable with the breeze and the mountain view. For visitors, need to take note that there’s no grab or Uber services in town, and food delivery is non existent yet (no Foodpanda or grabfood etc). If you are coming from KK, you can take a shared van/taxi from the hub next to “Sabah Energy Corporation”. You can even take a private ride via grab but it’ll cost you much more.
