Very bad cusmoter service, will not recommend. Unless you wanted to be treated like nothing than go ahead be my guess.

Very unpleasant customer service experience! I come to the bike shop expecting to buy a new bike but left after just a few minutes inside. The guy from the shop is not friendly at all. I can see he is sighing when i ask him and the look in his face is no where near a good salesperson supposed to be. Maybe because he is judging the way i look and maybe he think i don't have a good financial position to purchase a bike from his shop. I wonder if he will respect, smile and be friendly to me if i buy the most expensive bike in their shop. I don't know if the guy always treat his customer like this or maybe it's just the way he is. Im sorry but im pretty sure im not the only person treated like this. One thing for sure, i won't be stepping my foot inside their shop again and totally won't recommend this shop to anyone!

I've been visit a lot of bicycle shop this few years, this one definitely the best!! even though u not gonna buy & just looking, they'll still assisting u & explain all the details & spec of the bike that u interested, I've been experienced it everytime I visit, good work, keep up the positive vibe.. 😁

Was going to purchase a new bike here... but after reading the reviews, I'll give a neutral rating, and visit the shop to see how the customer service is...
