U dont even check the order if its complete.lousy workers.you ddnt put rice in my order.im trying to call but your line is bz.to the manager,train your staff to check the order before giving to the customer.

Queued for about an hour to place an order. Staffs not productive enough. I expect them to work hands like octopus. Hehe. I wanted to order pickup but since Colonel burger is not available through food panda, i have to queue and only to find out colonel burger is not available through counter too. Lols. Please be more productive dear KFC Taipan Staffs. Thank you.

Number of counters very limited n the cashier allowed unsure customers to have theirs own time when ordering thereby waste other customers times. Those unready customers should not held up the queue. They should allow other customers to order first.

We came and my mum was the 1st to line up and she can't climb the steps when I get there she was asked to queue up...in the 1st place no one was there.....very unprofessional un your side.. ..

Friendly and helpful manager and staff. I felt at ease although had to wait outside the entrance before entering due to my high temperature. Free soft drinks until our temperature reading drops, my order was handled speedily and I shall recommend the outlet for the top service received from the staff. Two thumbs up!
