Unacceptable wait time. I used the self-service kiosk, and ended up being the last in queue together with another self-service kiosk user. I had to wait 20 minutes, despite the low volume of customers who were also there and paid at the counter. All other customers have left, including one who got his order minutes after ordering at the counter. We had to approach the counter to remind them what we ordered, even as we were the only 2 customers that were left.
