Caring and friendly staff. Brought in an injured baby squirrel because I didn't know what else to do; suggested that we go to another vet to treat it as they don't take exotic animals. However, the vet had compassion had a look at it when I asked for it to be euthanized and another staff wanted to give it a chance so Squirt the squirrel seems to have a chance to fight for its life. They really do care for their animals but their main focus group are still dogs and cats.

Really really professional, and not at all cut-throats! Their service was amazing. Our beloved family Daschund was unwell, and needed treatment. She was admitted in the hospital for 3 nights, in which I noticed how professional they were. Their staff are really compassionate about the animals. They ensure that the dogs and cats are well fed, take time to listen to your woes and fears, and are reasonable. I myself am a doctor, and noticing how they handle their patients gave me assurance of their service. When I expected the bill to be a bomb, it was in fact really affordable. The doctors and staff in Windsor hospital are not here to gut you of your money. They’re really passionate about what they do. I’d recommend them anytime. That’s my litttle brother holding up our dear Daschund as she gets discharged.

Days has been passed and we still cant forget the incident of what happend to our poor kitten It was admitted to the Vet and stayed for a Night, and the next day we called to Take the Kitten Back but REFUSED BY THE DOCTOR BECAUSE IT WAS : EATING WELL AND DOING VERY GOOD BUT NEED TO MONITOR FOR A BIT ... After the very next morning we Got Called from the DOCTOR SAID THE KITTEN IS DEAD!!! ... WE HAD PAID RM500 PLUS FOR A DEAD KITTEN JUST SO THEY CAN R&B IT !!!......ALSO OTHER VETS DONT RECOMMEND LEAVING A KITTEN IN HOSPITALIZED FOR TOO LONG AS IT CAN STRESS OUT BUT STILL WHY DOES THE DOCTOR STILL INSIST ON DOING IT !!! I have thought well about how this Reviews would effect the Vet and was thinking to let this incident slight ... but I'm really disappointed. We did hear the Doctor side of (Gender wont be mention due to respect of the person ) story but it just doesn't make any sense.... Still I would like to Thank everyone who is Working there for their Time and Effort i'm sure you all are very NICE and HARDWORKING PEOPLE but, please dont let Assumptions and Miscalculations happened to often...... Thank you for your time

Samyang, our family cat (Najieb’s the papa) didn’t have much appetite the last week. We decided to take him to the vet for check up to make sure all is ok. Friday 19th, Eda took him to the vet. The veterinarian said he is ok and well, no fever and all good. Predicted his age to be 7-8 years old. They suggested a DEWORMING medication. Eda said ok and they gave it to him at the clinic. He was then given some vitamin tablets to be consumed at home. The moment Samyang arrived home, all he did on Friday was lay down and didn’t get up. He didn’t eat or drink. Saturday, he was salivating and looked weak. Sunday he was half paralysed and peed all over himself as he couldn’t move at all. 5.45am 22nd Feb, he blew his last breath. What is there to say? Reviews by some pet’s owner on their website was the same as what we have experienced. I urge all of you to please please don’t send your pet’s to this clinic. Somehow the medication they gave Samyang at the clinic killed our lovely loving cat. May Samyang rest in peace. We are sorry you are gone but your loving memories will be with us forever. 2.30pm (22nd Feb) Eda went back to the clinic to ask the receptionist what is the name (brand) of deworming medicine they gave Samyang but they refused to let us know. A clinic that is not transparent is not the clinic you want to send your love ones too. They were harsh and starting blaming us for not bringing him back in when he looked bad. Such a nonsense vet hospital. AVOID this clinic.
