My visit post CMCO period lands me a great deal at this hotel. The hotel was practically empty and the staff was being extra nice since not many customer around. I was upgraded to a better room with a better view. They also extent my check out time from 12p.m. to 2p.m. at no additional cost. Though the hotel was lacking in amenities and it is an old hotel due for update I am more than happy to award them with 4 stars. 5 stars could be them if they update their hotel.

One of the oldest facilities in Genting Highlands. An iconic tower. When we went the hotel was not fully occupied obviously due to the Covid-19 movement control order. Liked the place. For next stay will need to consider this hotel as it's not cheap for middle class citizens like me šŸ˜… Attaching some views/pics from the balcony... Mind-blowing!!!

I stayed in this resort for a day in April 2013 while been through a Thomas Cook package tour. I truly loved the place the resort is located. The facilities are really good and moreover, they provided us the Indian food which I loved.

Pros -beautiful room view -cool weather not extremely cold - strategic location near all Genting attractions Cons -old hotel some of the curtains was ripped off and there is bed bugs that couldnā€™t let me sleep -over priced for its service -need to pay for parking 17 Rm per night -only cheap liquid soup in bathroom no shampoo nor conditioner make sure to bring your own - currently the hotel is renewing its swimming pool so you canā€™t swim and the construction start from the morning, accordingly it is very noisy - the breakfast is limited options not a buffet plus it is not tasty at all, my advice is to have breakfast elsewhere while staying here. -the worker near the golf yard screamed at me while I was trying to ask him if I can walk around not on the grass area but he kept screaming very loud. It was scary I was traumatised as I was just trying to ask ā˜¹ļø so Iā€™m not sure if you can walk around on the road in the morning or not.
