I had the most amazing three days at Jara. The food was amazing, the drinks kept on coming, the staff were super helpful, very friendly and we didn’t want for anything at all. Great ambiance and enough games to keep one busy. I’ll definitely be coming back. Emphasis again on the amazing staff, they made our stay very memorable and so worth it...

Fantastic getaway, second time going. Was great for the kids, staff attentive as ever. My only criticisms would be the food takes excruciatingly long to be served for every meal, and they’ve definitely skimped on the quality of the snacks - last year was Mars bars and magnum ice creams, this year it’s some random chocolate brand and Frosty-bite ice cream. Need to keep the quality up people! Still a great place, and I’ll definitely be back!

Jara Beach Resort is an incredibly awesome private resort. Beautiful and different from the usual. The members of staff were courteous and hands on. The ambience made for memorable pictures. The food was sumptuous and drinks / cocktails were exotic. Premium as it should rightly be. We will certainly be coming back this way soon.

I stayed at Jara Beach Resort with my family in December 2020. We had planned to travel but with COVID19 didn't think it would be wise. Jara turned out to be the perfect getaway for us. It was hard to believe that we were just an hour away from the hustle and bustle of Lagos! From the moment we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by the tranquility and calmness of the resort, mixed with a giddy sense of anticipation - the same we'd felt when we arrived in Dubai or Seychelles! We were greeted by attentive and warm staff, and shown to our rooms. We immediately felt at home. Though the rooms seemed a bit on the small side, the exquisitely furnished and comfortable setting made it feel just right. The view from our room balcony was simply breathtaking! Every meal was a delight. A varied daily breakfast, lunch and dinner menu, served at your chosen scenic location - poolside, fireside or a seaside. Our son owned the experience too, occupied with the variety of family-play apparatus, beach-side walks and the pool toys. Jara is truly fun for all ages. We had a lovely time and did not want to leave at the end of our stay (It's funny to see the faces of families as they arrive, versus when they leave). Jara is a world class resort practically a stones throw away from the heart of Lagos! We'll definitely be back soon! Well done to the Jara team!

Absolutely love this! Great for a weekend stay. Staff are courteous and happy to help. The food was really good! Overall, it was worth every Naira. Definitely an experience I'd love to have again!
