A nice place to lodge when in Kubwa. Although, it needs to be more wheelchair accessible or just install an elevator.

Good service goes beyond courtesy at the reception. You guys need to do better in terms of service. How can your excuse for not having bathroom slippers be that most customers are thieves and keep taking them away. How much is slippers compared to the cost of your standard room? Is it worth your reputation? I also asked for wifi password and I was told it would be up by 12pm, yeah right, just when I'll be checking out. You guys are just the best, you deserve 5 white stars. 😡😒
