This is a well situated hotel, about 25 minutes from the airport and quite conspicuous along Independence Layout. Asides a rather tardy check-in process and issues with the bathtub & sink drains, I am enamored with the hotel’s efforts at offering far above average facilities and service; a positive hotel experience rare to find in Eastern Nigeria where mediocre hotel experience is prevalent. I was impressed by the range and quality of their breakfast buffet (their meals are tasty) and the courteousness of every staff I encountered. Their pricing is decent too; I felt like I got value for everything - drinks and meals. Highly recommended for business and leisure travelers to Enugu.

"... while on presidential road, to your right, you'll see one hotel as big as Presidential Hotel...", just to say how a friend described the place for me; receptive staff, adequate parking lot, attractive entrance. However, did anyone give it a thought before choosing the name "Hotel Sunshine" 🤷‍♂️😇
