Nice station

Hoevelaken Station is a simple highway station. There is a covered waiting area on the platform. There is also an information column with toilet, but it was not yet in use in mid-April 2018. There is a bus stop on one side of the station and the car park on the other. The bicycle shed is on top of the station. The station is not easily accessible from the highway.

You do not get to the station but drive along the highway. The directions are wrong.

I'm really thrilled at how easy it is to travel here in the Netherlands by train. In Schiphol you can already buy tickets / day tickets for Amersfoort - Hoevelaken and the times when the trains run are really great. The small stop has a covered transition and a bridge over the motorway to get to Hoevelaken.

Nice new station, just a pity that there is no machine.
