I asked specifically Over The Counter (OTC) medicine for my sore throat. The lady recommended one to me which I bought. It did not work at all and when I checked the label. I realize they actually sold me a food supplement not medicine (I don't speak or read Dutch).

People are very friendly and know what they are talking about (ore very good at poker)

I'm not coming anymore. staff is too pushy. It's very annoying, you don't get a chance to look calmly. They come directly to you to ask if they can help. That's nice when they come to you for a moment, but when I say .. I look around. Then it is customer-friendly if they understand that. But no, they will stalk you in the store like a kind of Sherlock Holmes. So-called products straighten out behind you and you will be followed by the entire store. Very unpleasant .. if they keep an eye on you for putting something in your bag .. I try again and again to browse around there. I wanted to find a gift for my colleague last week and walked back in there .. and unfortunately the incident repeated itself. I didn't want to fight, but I was extremely irritated and didn't buy anything. It really costs them customers ... I really can't get there anymore. My colleagues think the same as I do .. for that reason they don't come there anymore either.
