Made a test drive in a car last Saturday. Made an appointment to come by my own car to determine the trade-in value. I think it was very clear that I wanted the car. Then the car was sold without taking me into it. When I come along to say I wanted to call you he is sold with the message yes the buyer did not have to trade in that saved me again ...... very very bad this.
