Okay. So this is a funny story. I had a drive failure on an iMac. That's an easy fix right? Wrong. The drive itself cost a lot to replace, but I looked it up and that is just a normal price for that specific drive. What I got a little upset about is that they also just replaced a perfectly working screen without any announcement whatsoever. That screen almost cost 1000 euros. Then there was an 80 euro service fee as well. Long story short, a simple fix for a drive failure cost more than my laptop. Still 3 stars because they did it quite fast (5 days) and the staff is friendly.

Kind, quick and helpful staff that does not let you pay for stuff that you can do yourself. Good, honest service.
