I brought my car, a couple of month ago, to change a lamp that was included in my Renault Card and they didn’t replace it. Very impolite and not helpful people. Beside that they charge me for an oil change that was performed in other car (fortunately I fought it and they give me the money back). Not recommendable at all, if you can go to other place. The service is really bad and expensive.

Some time ago the car was brought here when it went from Segerink and Wolbers to Bochane. Headlights were dull and because of the MOT they had to be sanded, a ridiculously high amount was asked for. For half the price I put in a set of new headlights myself. Then the car went for a major overhaul, half only came back .. Several hoods of the interior were not there and the lever for the hood was broken. This went back to the dealer, where the workshop said "This was when you brought the car to us" Which was very strange, because a few days in advance there was a problem with the starter and then there was nothing going on with that lever. In short, customer-friendliness is not exactly high and the quality of the garage is not really good either. In the past, the car was still neatly washed at Segerink and Wolbers, unfortunately that is no longer at Bochane either.

Just had contact by phone with the warehouse to order a part, after 5min I called back to cancel the order because the garage first wants to read the car before the part is ordered .. First time friendly spoken by Wim, at the 2nd time I called again Wim on the phone and then I am snubbed with the fact that he has more to do and I am wasting his time and everyone is already whining and doing .. I have remained friendly and tried to explain why out of decency I want to cancel the order, but I am not just listened to and he keeps complaining and snarling .. A bit strange conversation and customer friendliness is hard to find ..
