Unfortunately the company did not want to make a leniency arrangement. It is a pity that they formally adhere to the procedure and do not want to look at my claim in substance.
I have contacted by phone with questions about my car and issues I am experiencing with it. The employee approached me in a way that I was not comfortable with and made it clear to me not to bother them with questions. He made me feel like my car didn't really matter.
