Don't buy this. It breaks after warranty expires, and Solis communicates this is not their problem. Poor quality, poor communication, poor service.

Bought a Solis espresso machine. Viewed in the showroom in Apeldoorn, it was also still in stock. Products are reasonably priced, not the cheapest brand, but a perfect choice for non-professional use. Also received a perfect service after I wanted to exchange the entry-level model for a slightly better model. Received good explanation and was able to taste coffee. Friendly and helpful team. Therefore 5 stars.

Minor defect in a new device, had direct contact via the email from Solis itself and also received a solution immediately. Top service!

Bad service .. buy an expensive barista machine and I will be helped very well I thought! After sending mail I had no response and now I have to send it for repair which is not possible because of size and weight, while the first person I spoke to said: we do everything we can to avoid sending it so that you can enjoy your coffee !. Solis will then no longer respond. Good products but very bad service. It is a pity that the man I spoke to by phone simply does not keep his appointments and therefore made me wait for nothing!
