Ik kan Feenstra van harte aanbevelen. We huren al jaren een CV ketel van hen en in de huurprijs is de service en onderhoud inbegrepen. Vergeleken met een eigen ketel en extra moeten betalen voor onderhoud of calamiteit is jaarlijks een stuk duurder en je moet de aanschafprijs nog voorfinancieren. Het personeel van klantenservice tot monteurs zijn praktisch aangelegde vakmensen die met je meedenken, snel, nauwkeurig en op tijd hun werk verrichten. Een nee, ik heb geen aandelen van Feenstra en krijg hier niet voor betaald. Maar kwaliteit verdient een pluim!
The technician called neatly 15 minutes in advance to announce his arrival. Professional, friendly technician. Gave a good explanation. Receive the work order by e-mail from the car afterwards. Global cost estimate verbally in advance.
Helpdesk employee head office completes questionnaire based on a checklist. Irritating. Has little technical knowledge.
Due to another boiler I canceled the maintenance contract with Feenstra by email. Neat answer that it would be processed.
After 2 weeks I received an e-mail in which a maintenance appointment was proposed, which I answered with 'not necessary, another boiler'.
Sent an email with a request for clarification, I received another neat email that it would be processed.
And now the next term of 3 months maintenance subscription has been written off ...... I immediately canceled it ...
Hopefully the mechanic will not come for nothing at the beginning of January.
As with so many companies, the front door is wide open, but the exit appears to be closed.
Actually not even worth 1 star. They do not even want to post a new CV with us because we live in a 1930s house where the CV is in a small attic. So you will be discriminated against if you live in an old house. I am happy that I am looking for another supplier that is respectful. Feenstra cannot be trusted in any way. I would say do your homework. There are many installation companies that are not commercial but respectful in all respects for a fair price. Fortunately, we have the choice not to choose Feenstra with our sustainability project for our retro home. Super bad company.
Already 2 months trying to get a quote, had several promises but still haven't seen anything. The contact no longer answers the phone when I call. You will be put on hold on the general number and then the connection will be disconnected. It also only concerns about 120 solar panels, not really interesting of course.
