An extremely unfriendly, not very proactive telephone employee. The lady told a lot about protocols that she must adhere to before she can schedule a consultation. She saw my e-mail with the referral come in and said that she would only look at it in the afternoon so that I can call "in two working days" for a consultation. I got the strong impression that this employee does not feel like working at all. I am very curious about the rest of the team.

Update: After a year my girlfriend was back for a check up. The previously treated tooth is in top condition, the treatment was very good. She had a positive experience this time. That's why I'm changing my rating to four stars. My girlfriend was sent here by her own dentist for a root canal treatment. Had to remove a crown and put it on new after root canal treatment. The treatment was successful and top work. But the new crown was actually too big (the dentist asked them if the tooth feels too big, while she was completely numb ... she said she feels nothing) So after 3 days she was at her own dental office crying in pain , where a dentist just has to make the crown smaller because they got an enormous inflammation. Then also a course of antibiotics. Later the guilty dentist says, "One of a hundred patients got son inflammation after the root canal. And he made the crown on the right size." Hell yes. That's why it had been torn off by another dentist. Really bad experience at EndoUtrecht.
