I did not exercise for years because I could never get my satisfaction from it. Nevertheless, I eventually motivated myself to register for a trial week at JKE. I never thought I could enjoy a sport so much. Every lesson is different and challenging. You get tips on your technique to get better. Joey is disciplined and tries to match the supply to customer demand. There is a very nice atmosphere at this kickboxing school. I can now be found 3 times a week and I can no longer be turned away.

I became a member of JKE in January of this year for 2 trainings per week. Perfectionistic as I was immediately asked at the start about the right technique, posture, etc. I got the answer: let it go and go kickboxing now. OK. Does this mean that we only do something? Certainly not. What the coaches do (and also many of the more experienced kickboxers who train there) is tip for tip. By correctly teaching each lesson and giving an instruction every now and then during the exercises, my technique and execution have already improved a lot. And this without injuries. JKE is accessible; enough people from my target group (41-year-old office worker who wants to be fit and if possible also wants to master the sport), nice mix between the two sexes, nice relaxed atmosphere and that for a good price. I give 5 stars because I like to come to JKE and I am very pleased with how Joey designed his school.
