It Boerestee

It stinks here and it is very dirty. People are very unfriendly. During breakfast poison was sprayed right next to the apartment.

March 6, 2021- I just heard that these It Boerestee apartments are no longer available for vacation rentals. They are rented out to permanent residents. Unfortunately! So you can skip my previously written review. In the Frisian Gaasterland, located between the nice towns of Balk and Sloten. In the spacious, quietly located farm you will find the 2-room apartments with their own terrace and a view of the meadows and the former stable. The 5 apartments are located in a hallway. Plenty of parking space. Dear hospitable farmer and very helpful. The rooms are clean with well-appointed cupboards and comfortable beds. In the bedroom two single beds and an oil-fired radiator as an extra heating element. There is Wifi. Do not expect any further luxury. There is no oven, sofa, microwave, freezer, Senseo or kettle. The TV had some problems with me. I could not see the channels and the picture was often lost. Mrs. de Jong's son came to solve the problem. The shower curtain needs to be replaced. Despite its simplicity, we will definitely come back here. It is a nice relaxing place to rest, beautifully centrally located and for a friendly price.
