Super friendly staff, fresh and nice environment, loved my haircut

Worst hairdresser experience ever. I told the hairdresser that I wanted the dead ends off and that it was quite a lot. All of a sudden she cuts a big part of my hair so now I have really short hair and it's not even cut nicely. When I just got in, someone arrived with MacDonalds. A minute later I was helped. I was outside again within 10 minutes. She must have done it really quickly so she could eat her food.
Strongly asked to cut the ends sparingly as I am growing my hair and was quietly working on this with my previous hairdresser and going to the hairdresser every 3 months.
Then I picked 5 cm on my lap. A length that I saved up for over half a year. Something that is especially annoying with curls, because it curls twice as short when it is cut. So I will never go here again, because there will be no listening if you explicitly ask to cut conservatively to keep the length in.
I call to place nano rings at Overvecht which is also CLEARLY on the site, they say that they only put wax extensions. Either they have not been taught or the website is completely wrong. Anyway, not a good service, there is also no listening
