Called October 5 for a service appointment for our central heating boiler. Answer: All right, sir, we will call in advance when the mechanic comes by. Waiting for a month "First week of November" Van Rhee called. answer: the mechanic was ill. well that can happen. Response: A technician will call you soon for the desired work. December 10, no mechanic / not allowed to receive a call, so again a call to van Rhee. We will visit you before Christmas to carry out the desired work (was given extra priority due to the long wait / patience) well they still have to come by. This is how Van Rhee treats customers. Be honest it's busy schedule a date and don't post a swet story. Customer at van Rhee for years, but this disappoints me.
