A very interesting shop to refresh / repair your leather sofa or jacket. Package delivered within a week, also neat, content complete. But loose tassels and pads could also have been in a zip lock (lay loose in box as if it had been dropped in), a bit messy, bottles well-protected, bought a combination of materials but no comprehensive guideline / manual, and no reference to a manual how to use all of this, and in what order to apply, apparently speaks for itself. A little extra security doesn't hurt, it's about my leather jacket. impression; not complete, I do not see that little bit of extra personal service and attention to the customer, I may have to ask for it. Very satisfied with the products, used successfully in the past.
