Really another Bank, where you are personally helped in a separate room, so that the other customers cannot hear and see anything when you discuss something or raise money. Staff are very friendly and always up for a chat. Banking is also always discussed professionally and extensively. Have ever had a problem but they always solve it. Ideal for the seniors among us who still have trouble with internet banking.
