Horrible service.
Delivery doesn't always arrive, you have to PRAY that everything goes well on the first attempt, or you have to dedicate 1 hour everyday on the phone (At least 45 min on hold) to push for a re-send or for some attention.
It's like flipping a coin. It can either go well or horribly wrong.
My advice: spend 5€ more per book and order them in a bookshop.
Absolutely not recommended!
Books ordered, due to incorrect communication I could no longer return the books within the return date. Poor range of customer service.
You will be lied to about the date of delivery. Book pre-ordered that is prescribed for the study and would be delivered next week. However, now I get messages that there is a delay because the product is not yet in stock. I then found out by looking up the ISBN number that the book will not be released until January 4, 2021. Instead of mentioning this, it still says that the expected delivery date of my product is next week ...
You can't make a courier wait 80 minutes in the cafeteria without looking after him
